AWANA Clubs

AWANA Clubs offer an exciting night of games, Bible memorization, and lessons to develop the faith walk of children ages 3 years through 6th grade.

AWANA is an international children’s program offered as a positive influence in the development of our community’s young people.

The AWANA name is an acronym based on II Timothy 2:15: “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.”

The Village Baptist Church AWANA club is one of over

5,000 clubs around the world.

 OUR GOAL, as stated in the AWANA Pledge, is to “reach boys and

 girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him.” We are

 excited at the prospect of seeing your child trust Jesus as his or her

 personal Savior, and then begin to grow as a young Christian.
